Senior Awareness Day

When: Thursday, May 28, 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Senior Awareness Day at the library is a day where seniors in the community could stop by to learn about the resources that are available to them. Representatives from organizations/programs, such as CalFresh, Catholic Charities, HICAP, and others, will be on hand to answer questions and help with enrollment into programs. Drop in to learn about free resources while enjoying light refreshments and a free raffle. This is an annual event. This year it will be held mainly on the Modesto Library portico. Customers are encouraged to call the Stanislaus County Area Agency on Aging at 558-8698 for the most up to date information about this program.
